Synergie Italia, born from the Synergie Group's 50 years of international experience, works to manage a company's most important asset in the best possible way: its people.

The company has a large customer base and operates in a sector where financial exposure is significant (the salaries of temporary staff are paid before the customer's invoice is paid).

A Proper Credit management is therefore important, but the large number and diversity of customers requires an “industrial” approach to management, while ensuring the customer focus typically required of a service company.

The solution

The project involved the installation of SpeedUp's Collect & Reminder modules, which made it possible to:

Optimise reminder cycles, ensuring maximum consistency in communications to the sales network and customers themselves;

ensure the performance of office activities from advance management (before the invoice due date) to formal notice with default;

constantly monitor receivables, from those that have just fallen due to those being handled by law firms;

automatically generate payment reminders, differentiated by payment method;

manage customers with outstanding RIBA payments on a large scale;

send communications to customers with different senders for different areas of expertise;

manage customised customer groups;

have real-time analysis of: DSO, overdue customers, customers with the highest exposure (management dashboard);

provide up-to-date information to the sales network, which in part has direct access to the portal, thus avoiding excessive telephone or email communications.
