The module FORECAST
Credits are always the most difficult part to predict because we know when we have to pay but we don't know when we will collect. FORECAST allows you to automatically transfer all credit office information into financial planning.
SpeedUp already provides ageing reports on items due, but now you can use the new Forecast module to predict collections.
An excellent tool for producing:
- A DPA (Estimated Collection Date) schedule
- A DPI Orders schedule
- An estimate of average customer collection times
The production of these flows is based on the information entered daily for collection in SpeedUP and on projection parameters and rules configured according to different scenarios.
Reliable projection of future revenues
Based on the available information, the system calculates upcoming revenues, ensuring a more reliable projection. Projections can be scheduled to be generated and exported.
Saturation of the credit line
It is also useful for checking credit saturation before it occurs..
