Claims is a SpeedUp module designed to track and facilitate complaint management, allowing you to assign different resolution paths and timelines based on the type of complaint and where it originated.

An excellent tool for:

  • supporting/facilitating the activities of resolvers
  • automatically prompting and managing the escalation of functions that slow down problem resolution
  • reducing resolution times and, consequently, collection times
  • tracking and identifying the most frequent issues in order to plan corrective actions

Claims can be used in Online mode (ASP), via the WEB, or by installing it directly on the customer's server.
