Pregis - The challenge
Pregis SpA, a leader in the food service sector, boasts over 55 years of experience and, based on the values that still characterise it today - fairness, consistency and quality - has transformed itself from a small grocery store into a well-established and successful company throughout the country. The sector in which we operate is complex and multifaceted, as we cater to a large and diverse number of customers (from fast food to hotels and hospitality) and have a widespread sales network throughout the country. This is why we realised that credit management could be extremely complex. This is why a less “artisanal” and more industrial approach to management was needed, allowing us to achieve better performance results.
The solution
The project, by implementing SpeedUp's Collect, Reminder and Risk modules, allowed us to:
aggregate and standardize in a single interface the management of extrajudicial and legal outsourcing practices and internal litigation management
represent the complex corporate structure in an organic way
centralize the complex logic of reminder management, intuitively identifying customers to solicit, suspend while waiting for information from agents, etc…
supplement the information of the commercial structure, where not available in the data received from the accounting programme
inform agents about the status of the customers they manage, highlighting the most significant situations, and their respective managers, in an aggregate manner
customize the calculation procedure of the Rating and the customer Fido, with the specificities specific to the food sector
report specific Rating and Fido changes, to monitor customers in particular situations
