M&GF PROJECT Srl is committed to personal data protection in its custody, in compliance with the privacy law in force, and sets personal data treatment to correctness, lawfulness and transparency principles, also protecting confidentiality and rights of third parties.
1. Holder of treatment and responsible for personal data protection
Data provided will be treated, as Holder of treatment by M&GF Project Srl, headquartered in Via Magellano, 6 - Concorezzo (MB) 20863, Italy.
2. Aim and method of treatment
Data provided (e-mail address and country are compulsory, while data related to sex and date of birth are optional) will be treated for sending information material and marketing communications for which the interested party showed interest by completing the specific form. For the purpose of activating the service, it's necessary personal data provision, for which the possible refusal to provide them or the opposition to their treatment will entail our impossibility to send the newsletter.
Collected data will be submitted to electronic and automatized treatment and will not be used for different aims with respect to those depicted in this policy.
3. Legal basis and data conservation times
The legal basis of treatment is the consent given by you and data will be treated and stored until the withdrawal of given consent.
4. Consent provision and its withdrawal
By completing the registration form consent of personal data protection is required in accordance with the specific aim to which the form refers to. It is possible to withdraw the given consent at any time by clicking on the link for the subscription cancellation, in the newsletter text, and by writing to this address: business@mgfproject.com.
5. Personal data recipients
Personal data will be treated by appointed personnel, properly trained and operating under authority and responsibility of the Holder. Data could also be treated by third parties who provide ancillary services, such as email services, technical services for site management and suppliers of IT services. Only strictly necessary data for the fulfillment of the related functions will be communicated to the parties above mentioned. We also inform you that your data will not be transfered abroad. The updated list of all the persons in charge is available at the Holder of treatment offices.
6. Rights of the interested party
In relation to treated personal data, the interested party can exercize the following rights, under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 of the EU Regulation 2016/679
- Right of access to personal data
- Their adjustment in case of mistake
- Data cancellation
- Treatment limiting
- The right of data portability, which means receiving personal data from automatic device and obtaining the transfer at another holder of treatment without any impediment.
- Opposition to treatment
These rights can be exercised writing to business@mgfproject.com or sending a written communication to the Holder of treatment email address.
Under article 77 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, the interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint to the Competition Authority of personal data protection in case of the treatment violates this Regulation.
