The importance of performances in credit management

We appeared on Credit Village, a trade magazine, with an article related to the importance of measuring performances in credit management through specific KPI. The interview done to the Project Manager of M&GF concerned the main KPI for credit management: DSO (days sales outstanding) and BPDSO (best possible days sales outstanding). The theme of performances measuring is very timely considering the current context in which the "Code of business crisis and insolvency" has established the definition of financial indicators and fostered the implementation of a financial planning system so that it could verify if a crisis is approaching.
