M&GF Project and the way towards Carbon Neutral
post-author - Wed 28 Feb 2018 - carbon neutral , renewable sources
M&GF Project is aware of environmental issues and it is actively making its business activities ever more Carbon Neutral.
The electric power we employ, which comes exclusively from renewable sources, is generated without fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions in the atmosphere, thus embracing the green philosophy of M&GF Project.
Our goal is to keep our 100% renewable power use.
We have started this path some years ago producing on our own, through solar panels, a quota of daily power needs.
At present the power consumed and not covered by our photovoltaic production is obtained, by contract with our supplier, from 100% renewable sources.
With our sales force we have agreed on limits to carbon dioxide emissions per kilometer for all vehicles currently in use: we hope to gradually reduce this amount within a few years.
Our offices gas heating is guaranteed by the Gold Standard Certification: its carbon footprint is offset via carbon credits, in the pursuit of environmental mitigation.
Reducing the ecological impact is a social responsibility and an investment for the future.
